Compact Divider Rounder
Calybra Comby combines the advantages of Artezen’s dough-friendly, highly accurate oil-free dividing system with an incorporated spiral rounder. This compact combination is optimal for typical white dough with 58 - 78 % water content. Both bread and pizza dough.
It is however not designed for very liquid dough, mixtures with rye content, particularly dry or stiff nor gluten-free dough. For these styles Artezen offers the Hydra, Conyca and Agyla rounders.
The weight range of the spiral rounder goes from 50 - 1.000 gr with a generous maximum hourly capacity of 1.800 pieces. For higher production requirements, please refer to the other rounders in the program.
Three different spirals and drums are available to adapt to your specific dough. It is recommended to inform Artezen on your specific product, allowing to supply the best possible combination.
The rounding unit can be moved forward for easy removal and cleaning of spiral and drum. At the same time this allows to set the rounder in the optimal position for direct unloading in the funnel (adapting to the speed of unloading of the pieces).
