Calybra Express combines the advantages of Calybra's unique dividing system with a more compact layout for small bread shops and in store bakeries.
The divider comes on wheels for easy mobility in the bakery. Its new design facilitates cleaning and maintenance even further. And of course, because there is no divider oil involved, the work space easily stays clean.
Its large weight range gives the baker maximum flexibility to make a wide assortment of products from small to large. With the adjustable dividing pressure, this compact machine is useful for all kinds of dough: hard, soft, rye, pizza, gluten free etc.
Available with hoppers from 80 - 210 kg and an optional fold-away system for internal cleaning of the dividing chamber.
