Calybra Comby: our divider with integrated rounder

This new compact combination of Calybra Express and a spiral rounder, offers you the possibility to divide and round typical white dough with 58-78 % water content. It is particularlty suitable for pizza and bread dough.

The rounder is fully integrated into the divider with a single start/stop button. Simply load the dough into hopper, set the weight, start your divider and receive the perfectly rounded pieces at the out feed table.

Weight range from 50 - 1.000 gr with an hourly capacity up to 1.800 pieces. And as usual with Artezen dividers: oil free, accurate and with maximum respect for your dough quality.
